The Red Violin, Hollywood Movie (1998)

Review :  In present day Montreal, a famous Nicolo Bussotti violin, known as "the red violin," is being auctioned off. During the auction, we flash back to the creation of the violin in 17th century Italy, and follow the violin as it makes its way through an 18th century Austrian monastery, a violinist in 19th century Oxford, China during the Cultural Revolution, and back to Montreal, where a collector tries to establish the identity and the secrets of "the red violin."

Review :  In the Saint Mary's College, the student Ben Rutherford inherits a strange device from his deceased father. However, the device is stolen and out of the blue his friends are murdered, one by one, in a bizarre way. Ben and is brother Marcus have been estranged for years, but they get close again and discover that the machine is a tool built for revenge by Rubenstein in the Eighteenth Century. Further they also find that their father had killed his partner Robert Shawn ten years ago and now someone is seeking revenge for the sins of their father.

Review : It's 1964, St. Nicholas in the Bronx. A charismatic priest, Father Flynn, is trying to upend the schools' strict customs, which have long been fiercely guarded by Sister Aloysius Beauvier, the iron-gloved Principal who believes in the power of fear and discipline. Review : Once again set in the oceanfront Florida city of Blue Bay, "Wild Things 3" tells the tale of snobby rich girl Marie Clifton. Gangster, Bollywood Movie (2006)

Plot : Simran (Kangna Ranaut) drowns her misery in booze. Her one friend in Seoul, is Aakash, a singer in an Indian restaurant. One night, Simran tells Aakash of her past and of the reasons for her loneliness.

Originally a bar dancer in Mumbai, India, Simran is the girlfriend of a notorious gangster, Daya (Shiney Ahuja), who is a headhunter for hire. Five years ago, Daya's gang boss Khan (Gulshan Grover) ordered Daya to give Simran up because she was distracting him from his work. When Khan threatened Simran, Daya turned on him and Khan cut Daya loose from his gang, warning Daya that he would regret choosing Simran over Khan.

Pursued by the Indian police and Khan's men, she and Daya were forced to flee to Seoul. Traveling in disguise as a family, they took a small boy named Bittu with them. Simran finally believed that she could have the happy family life that she had always wanted, and she and Daya became very attached to and protective of Bittu. After an encounter with the Seoul police, however, Bittu was killed, causing a strain in the couple's relationship and pushing Simran toward alcoholism.
